Nothing much happen today, got a chance to meet up with my ex colleagues and went for dinner. Wife was a bit not happy as I asked her to follow my dad home after work. She is like that one, this Andrew, that Andrew, up Andrew, down Andrew, left Andrew. right Andrew, all me. I sometime think that I am one of the super hero in X MAN. You know Y, cos I am X (cross) out.

DAM MOODY

• This morning was very good, send my children to child care and then to work. All was going well, when my mum strike the thunder at me. She was complaining that I went to work too late, this is not the first time that I have explain to her, my wife need to prepare the children and that why we are late. I have told my wife about this but still the same, she say early liao. I was caught in the middle, sandwich. Later, I went for delivery and found myself stubbing into my past and not just past (bad memory), My mood just swing like that. I face turn black, like AIG owe me billions. Reached the office, did not talk to anyone, if not another 911.

• Thinking of going to the Marina to see sport cars, but become po car. my mum last minute wanted to go to Marin Parade to shop as she got a voucher from G2000. So all the plan gone again, because my wife wanted to go as her sister in law is working there. After we reach there, it was having a sale and I told my wife to see if there is a dress for her as I asked her to attend a wedding dinner with me. She then told me off my face, nothing to see. WAW then you tell where to bring her to buy clothes ????????????????????

• After coming home, I had my dinner and went to room and lock myself up and tell myself, what i have done or what this world have done to me. Like the old president, DON'T ASK WHAT THE COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU, ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR THE COUNTRY.

• I have given all i have for this family, I have let down my pride and asked my supervisor that i will coming to work late as I need to send my children to school, YOU TELL WHICH JOB ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT - unless you are the boss la. When my father need to go out, I need to leave at 5.00 pm to fetch my children. I have to be stand by anytime for my family and what will happen to my job. That why I had resigned from my work and went to my father shop, why should I do this, I don't want to get sack, that why, I don't want to owe favour to others. Please help me to find a job hat pay you $2,400 a months work at 10.00 am and knock off at 6.00 pm sharp. I have change and kick the habit of going out at night and also cheonging, to spend time with my children and wife. But what do I get, I was left alone in the room, as no one is talking to me and they are doing their things. Not to get a chance to play with my children, not to love my wife. I was like in a world of myself when we are all in the same room. This have lead to my bad temper, having the idea to beat the children when they are naughty and does not listen to me. More to that, this have made me thinking of getting someone outside who will care for me, listen to me nag and know what I need and want.

• Thinking of all these, I was sad all these are bad for a family living. What I should do, should I just continue to carry on with this (dun tell me to talk to my wife as this have done for the past 2 years) or should I change my life style which will threaten my family living.

THAT IS THE QUESTION WHICH I ASK MYSELF WHEN I LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.

Today got chance to sleep late but was wake up by Xin Tian as promise to bring her to East Coast for a jog. Woke up at 7.30 am, Xin Tian was already prepared and waiting for me. Drove her to the Beach and rented a bicycle for her as I need to jog. After awhile, she complained that she was tired and she did not want to ride the bicycle. Wasted $3.00 for the rent. Then was off to the jog, but same thing happen again, she complained that her legs were tired and did not want to jog anymore. I did not get any work out on the morning. Went to MacDonald's and both of us had big breakfast. Thereafter was back home.

After reaching home, shower and fell on the bed and slept till 7.00 pm. It was a greatest sleep that I have in this week. No one came to disturb me, I was left alone all afternoon.

Sian La, tomorrow need to go to work again. By the way my youngest brother is coming back from Taiwan tonight, so need to go and fetch him from the airport.

• Is been three days that I have update my blog.
  
  
• The last few days were normal nothing much happen only work then go home. But yesterday was a bit sad as my friends asked me to go to Genting with them but my wife disagreed with it and I was left out.
  
  

20 Sept 2008

• Today as usual, but went to delivery with Xin Tian, she wanted to follow me so I allowed her. She sat at the trolley and I pushed the goods with her to the market.

• After I reached home, I went to shower and prepared for the night out at SINGAPORE EXPO. Went there alone was a bit sian, but lucky met up with my Hyundai Club members and went in without paying as they had tickets. Saw a few cars which were dam cheo, the paint work and also the lighting. Then I saw a group of people crowding at one of the booth, as a Singaporean (Kia Su), I also went there to take a look. Then the happiness things happen in my life, the models were there. I squeezed myself through the crowd and managed to take a few shots of the hot babes. From the pictures they look cheo but I the real life if you are there, how you wish they are you girlfriends. As I went alone, I did not managed to take photos with them, no one want to help me.

• Tomorrow, I am waking up early as I promise Xin Tian that I will take her East Coast Parkway for a slow slow jog. Have plan, I will rent a four wheels bike for her (she do not know how to ride a bicycle) then I will jog, reached MacDonald's then have breakfast then jog back to the car, thereafter is home liao. Not planning to bring Xin Ying along as she will want to go the sea side to play with the sand. Wife also not going so no one to take care of her.

• In the evening, will be going to SINGAPORE EXPO again as to see the Drift Show at the car park. That all for today, how you all like the pictures taken at EXPO.

Today was a busy day for me, went for some urgent deliveries, all must rush in time. The worst was lunch, thinking of a hard morning work, wanted to treat myself to a nice Hokkien Mee at Beach Road Army Market but it was closed. Have to settle for Leong Dao Hu.

After coming home, Xin Ying did not get any afternoon nap in the school kept crying and crying. All of us got angry and my wife went up stair so do I. Later my maid came up and told me that my mother had canned Xin Ying and leaving two red strips at the buttock. Good for her, spoilt by my maid, told her not to be naughty and have to listen to the elder, deaf come to her ears. Now she is asleep and no more noise from her.

Just finish 6 quotations for my customers then got time to come to the lap top and write all these. Now the worst have come to me is that have to put Xin Tian to sleep if not will be late for school again.

Hi all again, heard a sad new from my sister in law as she told my wife that her car window got smashed. Lucky nothing was missing, heard that she spend about RM $200 to fix the new window.

Yesterday, went to pick up my daughters and the teachers told me that Xin Ying got the most creative lantern in the playgroup. She was given a certificate for this. Xin Tian did not get it, since she had won it for the past two years, it time for the other to have a chance (so sad).

Heard that AIA and AIG are having some problems with their finance and people started to cancel their policies which have lead to chaos at the main office. Of cos la, we are Singaporean and the most important thing to us is money. Hope that AIA and AIG will pass through this cos I also have a few policies with them.

Xin Ying told me that she was brought to the playground today to play and she was very happy over it. So this led to my problem, when leaving today, she kept shouting on top of her voice wanting to go to the playground to play. I think that this will go on and on for the next few weeks.

I think the trip that we are planning to go Genting will be cancel as my wife said that she was not interested. I was thinking of going myself but she will not allow as need to spend money again. No trip for me liao for this year, next year Xin Tian go school then it will be lesser for me. SO SAD.

My Birthday

  Today is my birthday, but I still had to work. Is okay, as I do not have any leave for this job. Boss was good as there was no delivery for today.

  After work, went to collect my cake and also ordered some chicken wings for add on to the table. Soon after the dinner, we all prepared to go to Loyang Pei Gong for Pai Pai with my wife and two daughters. When we reached there, the place was crowded with people. There was also a Ge Tai which Liu Ling Ling was there. Went for prayer and took some lanterns for my daughters as they were given free, also there were ice cream, pop corn and candy floss, all were free and the queue was longer then the woodland checkpoint jam. Singaporean, free one all go queue up. I did not, am I Singaporean? Thereafter, lighted the lanterns and walked a long way back to my car. It was fun.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

  Came home and started the celebration, took out the cake and my two daughters started to exercise their fingers by dipping into the cream. Lighted my candle and made a wish. My daughters sang English, Mandarin and also Cantonese birthday song to me. So Happy wo. Cut the cake and the tradition thing came out, take 4D. Took the number and told my wife that would buy a bit (Sure a bit) - cannot tell the number, Sorry la. But something sad was that the cake was that good.

  Did not write about 12 Sept as I was too drunk to do so. Celebrated with my Tiger friends at a nearby coffee shop.

WTC DAY

This is a day where we honour the heroes and the people who helped in the saving of hundreds and thousands of live in the tragic incident happen in US WTC. As time pass by people tend to forget what have happen in the past,but for those who had lost their love ones this will be the sadness day for them to go through. In the past years, the news will show the people and love ones of the people who die in the WTC incident. But this year, there was no news on this and this have show that people have forget or did not want to mention this incident anymore. This is very sad as this is a world tragic due to World Trade Centre where countries send there people there to work. Not just US citizen were kill in this incident but other countries men and women were also killed.

I would like to take this opportunity to send my condolences to the families members of the people who were killed in this incident and to warn all nations that this is not just a country sadness but it is a nation wide security that we have to take seriously. May God Bless the families members to be strong and live on.

Back to my day on 11 Sept 08

Today was a normal day for me. Still the same, send all to work and school. Went to deliver to a temple and did some prayer at the temple.

In the afternoon, my wife received a call from the child care centre and told her that my Xin Ying was having a fever. I then went to fetch both Tian and Ying back to the office. Ying was temperature was about 37.3 which was high and went to buy Ling Yang for her to drink. My parents then blame us for not bring her back home yesterday when we visited Tian's god mother. It may be true that she did not have enough sleep and lead to this.

In the evening, reach home liao, gave some medicines to Ying but she vomited after she took her dinner. So now stomach is empty, just went down to make her a bottle of milk for her to drink if not sleeping with a empty is not good.

Tomorrow will be 12 and Civil Servant will be happen as it is pay day for them. Can ask my friends out to cheong liao.

• Nothing much happen today. Still the same old things, send wife and children. Do so work and sales.

• In the evening went to Xin Tian's god mother house to visit. She bought a new house at Woodlands area, but it was about months ago. Did not visit her much so after 6 months then go. It is a beautiful condo, big and the design is great. Xin Tian got a school bag from her as she requested for her primary school next year. Have a little chat and left. Just reach home actually.

• In the night, both Xin Tian and Xin Ying were very tired and wanted to sleep. After I log on to my lap top, Xin Ying engine started and sat beside which she is doing now and watch me typing all these.

• Need to log off if not Xin Ying will be a night owl and haunting me.

• Sorry no pictures of the new house of Xin Tian god mother. I have skipped 9 Sept 2008 as nothing much happen but I know that a lot of people got married on the day, cos it was 99 and Chinese we say is long long.

• Tomorrow will be Sept 11, WTC fell and people die. I would like to take this opportunity to honour the heroes who had save lives and properties in the US and also pray for the people who had pass away in this tragic incident.

• Morning - it was a heavy day for me. I have send my wife and children to the school. Carrying the two lanterns and their bags, like a maid. After that went to work.

• Afternoon - Went for to deliveries and it was fun as the sale girls chat with me and managed to close a few deals with them.

• Evening - Went to pick up my two children and Xin Ying was crying as she wanted her lantern back. I told her that the lantern is for the school and she was very unhappy. After a few minutes of explanation, she agreed and we managed to go back to the office.

• Thinking to myself, when I was young, I did not have all this fun things like making lantern or having gathering. Now the children are so good as they have a better education and also much more fun.

Arts & Craft Day

  Sunday is my off day. Not working. Have a good sleep till 12.00 pm. Woke up by my daughter (Xin Tian), she wanted me to help her make lantern as required by the school. i almost forgot about it. Quickly shower and brush my teeth. Went downstairs and my wife had already started to help my youngest daughter (Xin Ying) to make her lantern.

  Went to the kitchen took some water and poster colour and started to be creative, drew a few picture and started to join up all the straws as the school required the lantern to be made with recycle materials. In the afternoon about 4 pm, all finish. The recycle lantern was born. Although it is not that nice but is effort that count.

  My brother suggested to eat crab tonight and drove my mom and him to Seng Song and bought 8 crabs back and my mom prepared chili crabs. It was nice but not spicy. All were happy at the dinner time as something good happen (Sorry cannot tell).

  I received a SMS today and it said that 'I am not joking, I am getting marry on 18 Oct 2008' I was puzzle as he did not tell us about this. I really thought that it was joke and did not care much about it. In the afternoon, I called one of my friend (Gordon) to check with him on this SMS and he told me that since he said that he is not joking and should not be. i then called my friend up and he told me that of cos not joking, that why he sms I am not joking. He told me that he will be having a wedding lunch then a wedding dinner. (Sorry cannot tell the reason). He is a good friend of mine and i wish him all the best and congrats.

Saturday and it was still a working day. Nothing much happen on the day, just work. in the night send my mom to her friend's mother in law funeral.

After that was fun, went to Dragon Fly alone to listen to the live band. It was a crowd day as usual due to weekend. There were a lot of cheo bu there. i found a seat and sat there to enjoy the live band, sang so songs which i like. Have a few drinks and suddenly, a group of girls came to me and wanted to share my table. Of cos, i allow them, they were dancing and singing. Two of them look cute (sorry no pictures). At about 4 am, I decided to leave the place as a bit high and also late liao. I then bit goodbye to the girls and left. When I reached the exit, I saw one of the cute girl standing outside smoking and she asked me where I was going and I told her that I was leaving and she requested me to send her home as she was a bit drunk and it was late too. Of cos I offered her a ride home. She stayed in Bedok which was near my place if not I also dun want to send her back as I did drunk a bit. Went for supper with her and got to know that she is working as a staff nurse (sorry cannot tell which clinic or hospital), she told me that she was stress over work and need some fun to ease her stress. Have a great chat with her before reaching her house. Then was back home for me. (Nothing happen okay). Her name is Toris.

  In the morning, Send my daughters to school and then to work. In the afternoon, after my delivery, I was travelling back to my office, I saw a red Toyota Rush was in front of me and I knew it was my customer. I then saw the traffic light turning red and my customer still going on, I then honk at her but she continue and i saw the flash. I knew that she had beaten the red light and it was capture by the camera. the junction of Victoria Street and Arab Street, red light camera is real for your information. that go for her $200 and 12 points, so sad for her.

  In the evening, my friends and I had planned for a trip to our neighbouring country, Malaysia, to shop for moon cake as the moon cake festival is coming. Planned to meet at my friend's Mark house at 5.30 pm, but i was unable to make it at the time as i need to fetch my two little princess. i then received a call from my another friend (Kelvin) and was told that i need to pick Mark and Crystal. i then drove down to mark's house and proceeded to the checkpoint. After passing thru Singapore, we reach Malaysia and stopped before the custom as not enough white card. Now need to fill up the white card to cross the border.

  Took a while to reach Holiday Plaza. when we reach Kelvin, Yee and Leon and Jimmy were there. They were busying testing the moon cake from the outlet. i was shock when we left the place as all of us were carry one or more paper bags of moon cake. As it was late, the dinner plan was totally a sad story. The Japanese restaurant last order was at 9.45 pm and we finished shopping at 9.10 pm. Then we went to Da Ma Garden but Kelvin's friend stall was closed. In the end we went to Zhu Lin, were there was a restaurant which sell the famous Zhi Bao Ji, but when we reach there, sold out liao. So we settle for some home cook food and then back to Singapore.

  It was about 11.00 pm, when we reached the Malaysia custom and everything went smoothly, checked our passport and were stamped. (Please this is an advice to you, please check your passport when entering and exiting of Malaysia, If not got many many problem) When reaching Singapore custom, it was a tragic, we waited for about 45 minutes to clear the first clearance. At first, we were all angry about the ICA officer who was checking the passports was slow, but to your surprise the systems of ICA was much slower. She had to scan a few times for each passport before it was clear. Very sad cause system and maybe the office was slow. Time is money right. Went to Mark's place and then back home.

  Reached home at about 12.45 am, wife and two princess slept liao, slowly went to the bathroom and shower. Quietly dressed up and went to sleep so did not log on to update la, wife will face black black if i continue to switch on the lap top.

  In the morning, my wife complained to me that my youngest daughter (Xin Ying) did not want to school. I then asked her why and she told me that she wants to be with my maid. i then told her that she will not get a chance to play with the students and the toys. The weather changed in a split second, she when to take her shoes and scolded me for waking so late that she will be late. (HOW WEATHER CHANGES) Send them to school and to work. nothing much happen but during lunch time, I went to Albert Temporally Hawker Centre to by lunch. I then saw a short queue at this Heng Heng FishBall Noodle Stall. Since I am a Singaporean, I also go queue. I ordered a packet of dry Mee Pok $2.50. When the auntie passed me my noodle, i was shock, $2.50 so big packet (did not managed to take a photo as I was hungry). I told myself that if my wallet is low in cash, can buy from this stall liao. But the noodle so so only.

  In the evening, went to my old working place to clear some stuffs and managed to catch up with a few old colleagues in the canteen. Later, I went to chauffeur my mom, wife and two princess back as my dad went to attend a wedding dinner. Came back home, went to shower and when i came down, i saw the dishes on the dinning table, I told myself, can I go out and eat. Took a bowl of rice and stuff all into my stomach and went back to my room. Switched on my lap top, checked my e-mail and started to write what happen today.

  Tomorrow will be a busy day for me as I need to help my two princess make lanten as they need to present in school.

• Today was shocking day. My ex colleague told me that I need to attend to a meeting because I was handing the case previously. Sian tomorrow have to go and spend my time answering to qustions.
  

• Nothing much happen today, managed to finish some deliveries and also collect some cheques for the company.

• In the evening, went to the school to fetch my two princess and took some pictures. To my surprize, my youngest daughter did not cry the whole day. The teacher told me that she was happy with the rest of the students and was getting quite well. No complain from the teacher yet that good.

• Nothing much to write about. Still in the process of compounding. Will be back tomorrow.

First Day at School

• Today is my youngest daughter first day at school. Both my wife and I was so worry that she would cry and cry like my eldest daughter. Luckily everything went smoothly. She was so eager to go to school that she woke up by herself and wore her uniform by herself. i was shock to see that. During the journey to her school, my wife kept tell her that jie jie is studying with her and not to be afraid. The final moment came when we entered the school. She was happy and kept saying Hello to everyone in the school. Both my wife and I let down our stone. The teachers were nice and we were advice to fetch her after lunch as not to let her stay without my wife for too long.

• In the afternoon, went to the fetch her, all was alright but was told by the teacher that she was snatching something from one of the student and she die die must one. I told the teacher that she was spoilt by the maid and she was very stubborn. Fetch her and she wanted to stay longer which was disagreed by all of us. After she reach the office, she lay down flat and went to sleep. Have discussed with my wife and we are going to placed her full day for tomorrow, if the teacher allow.

• Nothing much happen at work, only the usual, delivery and sale.

• After reaching home, was told by my dad to find a place to stand by if the office is to move as the lease is up. Went to www.place2lease.com.sg but was unable to find any commerical place for our office. Went into HDB wed site to apply for season parking but was unable to, they have e-service but they dun service, dun know why they have this thing.

• I have been compounding all the laughter and sadness in my ex work place and also some trips that we had gone to. Will be posting them out soon. Please stay tune.

TEACHERS' DAY

• Today is Teacher Day and my daughter dun need to go to school. So good how I wish that I am a child and got so many holidays. She went to the office, did not help much but also did not cause any troubles for us. Today was a heavy duty day, went for only three deliveries and tired like siao. So many things to carry and only one person. In the end managed to finish the delivery and back to the office.

• • Went to North Bridge Road where the Malays have their stalls set up for the Ramadan. The whole road was close and you can slowly walked around the place and see what kind of food you want to eat. There is a lot of stall and they are selling all kinds of food (Hala). Did not managed to take any photos as I was delivery there and it was raining.
  • After work went to OG at Waterloo Street as my wife wanted to buy a water bottle for my youngest daughter as she will be attending school tomorrow. Siao liao lo, me have wake up early and prepare for the two devils to school. Now trying out the uniform and also packing their bag. Dun know tomorrow will cry a not, as my eldest daughter cried for 3 months then okay.
  • Today is pay day, but a bit sad, my boss gave me my pay but told me that no CPF will given as still under probation. Got my pay, deduct here, deduct there, not much left liao. But is a relief as not much stress working in the company and also have some time with my family.
  • In the evening, I received a sms from my mentee and I was really happy, he greeted me SiFu and happy teacher day. I was his mentor when I was in my ex company. Even i have resigned from the company he still treat me a Sifu, Very Happy you know.

• Today not much to write, will be planning to write my working experiences in these few days time. i will be including all my ex colleagues and bosses. Please wait, it will be fun.
