- After my father passed away, a family meeting was held and the jobs were given to the three brothers to deal with.

- Till now we have engaged a lawyer to deal with the matter on his asset, the car, the house, the stocks and also his accounts.
- Last Tuesday, I think, I brought my mother to CPF to deal with my father CPF account. This was actually done by my elder brother but he did not complete the task as he know that my father had stated that my mother will be the benefactor of the money, but he gave his NRIC to the officer and did not make any further enquires on this. I have bring my mother again there, took a queue number and waited for about 1 hour plus to complete the whole document process. Just between 2 hours, all enquires were made and the money will be transfer to my mother account in 2 months time. See if you make effort in something that you want to do it can be done.
- Back to the task given in the meeting. I have done my part in contacting the lawyer, make enquires and also taking care of the business. I have plan for all the loans and also crack my head on how to rise the money every month. My elder brother in the other hand, the credit cards had not been clear, the account have not been close and the interest keep running. What is wrong with him, he have given a task and he should do it and he did not. Yes, he need to work and I understand but please, this is a family matter and he should weight it. He have annual leave which I do not have, can't he spare some out and deal with the matter ASAP. An agreement was made that I have to follow him to the bank and close the accounts, doesn't this seen a bit funny.
- He is a degree holder and still need a 'O' level to guide him around, or is it that he need someone to send him around. Traffic police issued the driving license to us is that we have the knowledge to drive. Now I have to follow his time and he give me a dead line on this, Hey, this is not my job.
- I have contacted the lawyer and prepared all the documents required, he did not have the heart to come and ask me how the process is getting on and i have to report to him. I where have the time. As a brother, I think of him as his birthday is on 6/7/2009 and i decided to change the plan to next Tue, as for him to enjoy with his so call girlfriend, but i have a meeting for the company new site and told him that can he make it on the morning, this is what he replied 'I have work, can I can take off on the morning but I need to go back to work at 12 pm' Wa lau A, can't you take leave for that day to deal with this matter. Y work is important, so family matter leave it a side la. Then i can also like, tell my mother that I need to go out and ask her to a bus home, she need to buy something or go anywhere, ask her to take a bus la. Mother is everyone one, not only me. How much is he bring home to support the house and the company. I have rise the money to support the house for them to stay in. touch wood, if my mother passed away then they have a part of it which I crack my head to support the house. Is unfair but I take it as this house belong to my father and my mother, so they should have a part of it.
- Thinking back of my old job, I really owe my bosses a word 'SORRY', I was a fool to been such a good son, I left in the middle of the work to do things for my parents, one call, i will rush down to fetch them to anywhere they one. Going to work late as they required me. I did not expect that such a way had become a must for me o do. I am able to let down everything to my family needs but how come other can't, is it that I am the only son, only driver, only one having a car which i am paying myself. They only say one thing, I have a job outside and i will not come down to the shop to work. Wa good lo, then the shop not yours lo.
- Tell you all, i only getting a salary of $1,500 and my wife is only getting $800 per month. Thus add up to $2,300, which is far from my two brothers salary. In 1999, when I ROM with my wife, my mother told my wife that to come to help up in the shop as in the end it is a family business. My wife gave up her $1,700 job and come to bloodily shop to work for $800. i was drawing a pay of $2,800 on my last job and some matter rises which I have resign from it (Is the fault of my father) and I went out to look for another job. As my parents add up to about 100 years old and my wife is working with them, I decided to work for my father, but everyone in the house have the idea that I am going to my father for help asking him to take me in. I am low educated but I know I still can find a job outside getting more than $1,500.
- With a monthly income of $2,300, I have to pay for my own house, car, two children education and the family expenses, if you think that is enough, Yes, i agreed but you will not have any saving. so when anything happen, either, you jump down from Westin for you run to another country to hide for the rest of your life.
- An argument had happen just now and all the blame have been fallen onto me. Yes, I am in the wrong, since they say this. i should not be so stupid in doing all the things. Just let it be, let the house repossess by the bank, let the car repossess by the credit company, let the credit card banks sue my father who only leave with 3 kg in bone. Then all will be okay, nothing much to argue about. I have a house and I can stay there, my mother if need can come and stay with me. My two brother are earning more, they can find their place to stay.
- For me, I only know that I am a worker in the company and a son in the house. That my job and my responsibility. For the other two that is their thinking and their job.
