OFF DAY

• Today is my off day and managed to wash my car. It have been 2 months that I personally wash my car liao. I found out that I have so much rubbish in my car. Clear it off one time, but in the coming days they will find their way back.

• In the afternoon, went back to the shop to collect some goods for delivery as one of the customer requested to deliver at 3pm. I managed to collect but received a call from him and he told me that he will be late. Waited and waited but he did not confirm the time with me. I then called him and he told me that today cannot make it. I was so angry as i push away my appointment to set for this delivery. Just earn only a bit from him and burn my Sunday. But something I did was wonderful which I am unable to do in my ex job. I told the customer off that was great.

• My brother went to Comex today and bought a Acer laptop which cost $1,800. The spec was dam good but he got money la. The crowd was huge, until moving around is a problem. i wonder if they are consumer or lookers. From what I know, most of them were there pick up great offer as it was the last day of the show. The next exhibition will be FOOD, my customers told me as they bought a lot of disposable plastic containers from me.

• Tomorrow will Teachers' Day and my daughter got a day off. WISH ALL THE TEACHERS, A HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY. I wondered what happen to my primary and secondary school teachers. Are they still around teaching or have retired. It have been a long time that I have keep in contact with them.

• Tomorrow will be a day of work and work. All have been plan and needed to do some heavy duty delivery for export. Need to rest well to prepare for the next day.

Today was a normal day for me. Nothing much happen. Went to work then came back home.

In the evening, wanting to cheo my friend out to JB but he was already there. So next time.

Did not strike 4D, all my number did not come out. So Sad.

Received a call from a company that I went to interview and they told me that I am selected and they will inform me of the salary that they will be given to me. Since I have worked for my dad, I feel is better to work for him as there is no much stress but the pay is low. The company that I am going to is the same job that I had previously. Not much of differences but the job should be lesser.

If till the end that I am unable to come to a conclusion I am have to flip a coin to choose my decision. Hope Toa Pei Kong will help me.

29 Aug 2008 (Normal)

Today was usual, but woke up earlier to work as my parents went to cruise and I was appointed to open the shop. while travelling along ECP, it was smooth then usual, but when reached the exit of Rochor, it was massive jam, did not know what happen. Just about 5 km to the shop, it took me about 25 minutes to reach. When I passed by the shop, I was shock, the shop was opened, i then asked my wife to call the shop as I know that my parents have alighted the cruise early. Send my daughter to school then it was working time.

In the afternoon, I asked my ex colleagues to go for the comex show in Suntec. It was crowded but I managed to a parking lot. Did not have anything to buy in mind just see see look look. Saw a lot of cheo sale girls and blur sale men. My ex colleague got a great deal on a Acers lap top, cost about $1299 but the spec was good.

So unlucky of me when we left the place, my cash card did not have enough money and I was unable to get out of the car park and my wife was calling me to fetch her. Been a hot headed, I told my wife off that I am facing difficulty leaving the car park and old her that she can leave with my dad home first. She was angry (I can scent it thru her voice). Searched for a cash card top up machine and managed to get a good lady (Cheo one too) to help top up as I did not bring my ATM with me. She top up $10 for me and I handed over the cash to her. She was nice and she told me anytime would help. I was so glade and thanks her, If I am able give myself to her, I will man. Started my engine and drove like a F1 driver back to the shop to fetch my wife and daughter. After all this, I got a black face from her, I think I shouldn't have rush myself.

Came home, as usual brought the things up my room, nag my daughter to shower which her ear had left in the school. It was time for me to take a rest after dinner, login to my lap and suddenly I heard a loud 'pop' sound coming from my back (my daughter's' bed is behind my study table), then heard crying from my eldest daughter. i turned around and found that a dog house (toy) was beside her and my youngest daughter was no where to be to found. I know that my youngest daughter had threw the toy and hit onto my eldest Daughter head. I took out my King Aurthur sword (cane) and swing one time towards my youngest daughter's arm and said - Ni Hai Yao Wan Ma, Shi Bu Shi Ni Da Jie Jie De. She knot her head and another swing went over. After this, was the eldest one, she was been warned not to play with her Mei Mei but deaf come to her ears. I swing my sword at her and leave a mark to let her understand what was the punishment of not listen to instruction.

I wonder to myself, why every time after the beating, both of my daughters will go quietly to sleep. (Cannot use this method, if not is child abuse). Is hard to be a parent - father - dad - Ah Pa.

Thinking of going out to enjoy as it was a Friday but no one cheo and no where to cheong. Last choice, stay at home and watch movie. Nothing much to say today.

28 Aug 2008 (Very Angry and Sad)

In the morning as usual went to work. But in the evening, my dad and mom went for cruise, funny is it, just a 2 days 1 night cruise, they also interested. I have to close the shop and then send my wife back. Everyday is the same.



In the evening, something came upon me and I went to the kitchen and started to cook. I did not know what came to me, but feel like cooking a good dinner to treat myself. Have chili prawns and fried rice. It was nice as I get to eat what I like for today, have a bit sian with my mom's cooking.




In the night, planned in the shop that tomorrow will be celebrating teachers' day at my daughter's children centre, so wanted to help my daughter to make some cards for the teachers for their patient and guiding my daugther. So we started to cut the drawing board to cards size and then wrote some greeting on it. I then allowed her to have her creative side as she is having art lesson at Newton. She drew a house and herself which represented that she is at the children care centre. I was happy over it and started to decorate the card, leaving other 3 cards for her to express her creative side and what she had learned from her arts lesson. After 5 minutes, I went to check on her and I was shock. do you know what she drew. Check out the pictures. What did she learn, I spend $120 a month for her to learn drawing and it is what I get. I was very disappointed. i asked her why she drew all this and she told me she did not know why and she had no idea. She got a heavy scolding from me. I did not canned her as it was of no use for it. Then you know what happen, my wife told me off as I was too fierce to my daughter. What is this, money was spend and she did not learned and I was unreasonable about it. I then told my wife that is it right for us to spend the money and my daughter did not learn anything. Should we send her to another talent lesson other than art lesson. She kept quiet, she always like that, keep quiet when she was out of words and make me that worst and wrong husband. Why have done wrong, If i am not going to teach her now, wen she grew up, ask the government to teach her.




I dun want to force my daughter to learn something that she dun like as same as me in young age, i dun like my mom to force me to learn something that i dun like. This is why I dd not force her. But every time when she came back from her art lesson, she show me her work. I wondered if the drawing was drew by her or the teacher have help her to draw to cover up her poor teaching. If my daughter do not have the talent then why force to carry on. 426 apply.


I did not know what to do, wife say I wrong, daughter did not learn anything. Is life that hard for me.

27 Aug 2008 (Normal)

Just the usual things that I do everyday. But in the early afternoon, I was delivering, it was raining cats and dogs. I was totally soak in the rain and you know what was worse, my pants the side pocket was tore. Just bought the pants for 3 weeks only. dam sian about it.

Something different today, I opened my farewell gift and tried it out. It was nice and very useful but the phone book transfer was unable to process. I had to transfer the contact one by one. Quite tiring you know. Charging the blue tooth device on and will be in operation tomorrow.

Nothing much to write today. But is Comac IT Fair tomorrow and will be going there to see see look look.

26 Aug 2008 (Happy)

MORNING

As usual, wake up in the morning, send my daughter to school and then to work. Breakfast have black Cha Kuai dam big packet, dun know why every time my mother go buy always so big packet.

AFTERNOON

When for three deliveries and dam the customers, I have to wait for 45 mins for them to open one cheque. But the female staffs there dam cheo loh. 45 mins of ice cream for my eyes, I think this is worth of.

EVENING

Went for a gathering crab session at Toa Payoh Lor 8 with my ex colleagues and it was delighting. Is been 26 days after I have resigned and this was the first gathering dinner that we have, i thought that it was just a normal gathering and dinner, to my surprise, I was given my certificate of appreciation by my boss and I farewell gift from my ex colleagues. I was so touch at the point of time till my tears nearly roll down.

Another surprise was that I get to meet my Poly course mates and it have been 10 years since we last met. So can you say the world is big. They are married and they also brought along they children.

The food was nice and you can see in the picture, I didn't have the time the take the picture and all were gone in a spilt second. But if you were compare with Ang Mo Kio then I can say that one heaven and one earth.

25 Aug 2008 (Normal)

Today was a fine day. In the morning, I went for my job interview and it went well. Having a lot of stress before entering the panel room, but after I went in, I was glad as the interviewers were not that hard on me. Everything went smoothly.

After the interview is back to work again. When for 4 deliveries and it was dam headache for me. all the customers did not want to pay for the goods and want to send their cheque to me. i have told them that is COD (Cash on Delivery) but they still dun get it. I wonder if they studied when they are young to understand this. Thereafter, is closed shop and back home.

But when I was about to leave for home, my friends call me and invited me to go to our neighbouring country for dinner. I was thinking should i go a not, I consultant my wife and she was not in favour but later she agreed when i told her that my purpose was to go there to pump petrol (Ya Right). Went over, now need to fill up the white card, lucky my friends have the cards if not must born out one. Went for foot reflexology and a filling dinner at DA MA HUA YUAN. then is pumping up the cheap petrol and back to Sing again.

It Will be the same thing again the next day, work and work. Waw look at the time, I need to go to sleep if not wife will nag at me in the morning for not waking up early. By the way, my friends have invited me for CRAB SESSION at Toa Payoh Lor 8, heard that the Ang Mo Kio under construction. Will post some pictures for the session.

23 Aug 2008

Today was a fun and filling day. In the early morning wake up at 7.00 am, went to this SAF half marathon, ran 6 km, like hell like that. Too long did not run liao so not that good. Lucky got my friends around and cheer for me. All three of us ran, Miss Pong was a heavy one, she kept looking for toilet and in the end she managed to find one in the F1 building. I thought that it will rain and i can out them aeroplane but the sky was clear. the run started from Marina and ended at Padang. But the grass patch was bad all muddy and my shoes were hugged by mud, just because of the goodies bag. I can say that this world is so small that I met up with a few of my friends there. It was fun.

Later on, I went back to my office and wanted to work as my boss told me to. When I reach there, he told me that why am I here and asked me to go back. I was shock, first you tell me to work then you asked me to go back. Always have to scratch my head on this.

In the afternoon, is 4D time. I went to buy my tag number which is 6026. Hit on it hard, when the 4D result came out then I found out that my boat sink due to too much bet. Lost about $100 in the bet.

In the evening, at 8.00 pm, I held my remote and waited in front of the my television to see the closing ceremony of the Olympic. It was good but boring. nothing much to see. i was heated up on the commercial, this is a live telecast and why they have stop for commerical. Why did the National Day Rally stop for commerical. I was thinking hard.

Best time was 10.00 pm, I watched a child hood show which is ARMY DAZE. Old show but fun to see. It bring back the old memories when I was having my BMT.

It was time to sleep and I have plan for my interview tomorrow, need to wake up early and prepare for all the documents. Dun know what will happen there.

Overall - Today was fun and happy day for me. The sad thing is not having to strike 4D.
